At The Renewell Foundation, we believe that every mother deserves to thrive. Our Rise & Shine: Maternal Wellness and Mentoring Program™ is designed to support mothers through a 6-week series of wellness education, life skills development, expert mentoring, and a community of support.
Why Rise?
Our program is rooted in the understanding that maternal wellness is comprehensive. From mental health to financial awareness, Rise & Shine (R&S) addresses the diverse challenges and opportunities teen mothers face. We will offer education and resources to ensure the best outcomes for both mother and child.
Expert Facilitation
Navigating motherhood can be overwhelming, which is why our program is facilitated by experienced health professionals that prioritize socioemotional solutions. R&S facilitators offer:

Small Group Guidance: In-person or virtual sessions to address the needs and concerns in your teen mother program using our customized Rise & Shine curriculum.

Supportive Community
Join a supportive network of mothers who share your experiences and challenges. The R&S community features:

Certificate
Participating educators have the opportunity to earn a Maternal and Mental Community Health Worker Certificate™ (MMCHW™). This prestigious designation demonstrates a commitment to maternal and mental health, opening doors to new career opportunities, advancement, and personal growth.
