At Renewell, we believe strong communities are built when young people are surrounded by caring adults who invest in their growth, leadership, and future. That is why we are proud to serve as a fiscal agent for organizations whose work advances opportunity, connection, and positive community outcomes.
One of those partners is Fathers & Football, a youth development organization dedicated to mentoring and empowering young athletes through sports, leadership, wellness, and meaningful relationships. Fathers and Football exists to close the gap between fathers and their children through the shared language of the game. They build programs, connections, and community that give fathers the tools and motivation to show up on the sideline and in life.

Mothers know the value of a strong support system, and fathers and father figures play a critical role in helping young people develop confidence, resilience, accountability, and character. Through consistent mentorship and coaching, Fathers & Football creates opportunities for youth to thrive both on and off the field.
With support from the Gene and Jerry Jones Foundation of the Dallas Cowboys and nationally recognized Attorney Lee Merritt, one of the Fathers & Football teams achieved an exciting milestone, winning the NFL FLAG Regional Championship and advancing to compete at the national championship. True victory is not only on the field, but extends far beyond the scoreboard.
Along the journey, these young athletes strengthened skills that will serve them for years to come: teamwork, perseverance, adaptability, discipline, and a positive mindset. These experiences help shape future leaders, students, teammates, and community members.
At Renewell, we are honored to support mission-driven partners whose work is creating pathways for the next generation by being a partner on their foundational infrastructure. We celebrate Fathers & Football, their coaches, families, and the youth athletes striving on and off the field.
When mentorship meets opportunity, communities flourish.
